The San Diego Chinese Choral Society was invited to take part in the Echoes of Time: 鄧麗君 (Teresa Teng) memorial concert at the Taiwanese Lutheran Church in Rancho Penasquitos, performing a medley of her popular songs (鄧麗君組曲, combining arrangements of 小城故事, 但願人長久, 何日君再來 and 路邊的野花不要採.
1/25/25:
The San Diego Chinese Choral Society took part in the celebration of life at the Vi at La Jolla Village for our member, Ms. Margaret Chang, who passed away on October 12, 2024. Songs performed were "Ave Verum Corpus" by W. A. Mozart, "回憶" by Tzu-Chiu Kuo, and "Try to Remember" arranged by Jay Althouse.
